Lake Wales area students may attend classes at the Lake Wales campus located on Central Avenue downtown. Free Citrus Connection bus transportation is now available for enrolled students.
Currently enrolled Polk State students will have a head start opportunity fo enrolling in the Spring 2024 semester.
Enrollment for the spring will begin on October 30 with priority registration for students who have completed at least 50% of their program requirements. Open enrollment will begin on November 6 and classes will start on January 8.
Polk State College operates multiple facilities around the county, including a Lake Wales campus located on Central Avenue in downtown Lake Wales.
Students may register for classes in Passport. Prospective students should submit a free online application to the College by visiting www.polk.edu/admission-aid/admissionsteps/.
Dual enrollment students should work with their high school advisors and email [email protected] if they need additional assistance.
