Walter Kelm, 1946-2023

Walter Kelm of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale.

He was born April 22, 1946 in Zwesten, Germany to the late Gustav and Linda Kelm; he moved to Lake Wales from Wisconsin in 2014. Walter was a retired letter carrier for the United States Postal Service.

Walter is survived by his wife of 11 years, Sally Kelm; daughter, Lyndy Niemiec and husband Casey of Wisconsin; sons, Benjamin Kelm and wife Liz of Georgia, and Andrew Kelm and wife Kerri of Wisconsin; sisters, Anita Lammert of Ohio, Trauda Gilbert and husband Harry of Ohio, and Lilly Joles and husband Rob of Ohio; brother, Rudy Kelm and wife Pat of Maryland, and Alvin Kelm and wife Lilli of Wisconsin; and four grandchildren.

No services are scheduled at this time. Interment will take place at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield, Wisconsin.
