LakeWalesNews.net is offering readers a chance to claim one of several prize packages worth up to $100 or more in a fun contest that will be published on the website during February.

Prizes will include valuable gift certificates from area businesses, event tickets to the annual Strawberry Festival, and other prizes. All you need to do to win is become a detective!

Clues to the mystery locations where prize packages can be claimed will be published on the pages of the News for sharp-eyed sleuths. The rules for the contest are simple and require only a bit of thought.

At the end of select new stories posted within the various sections of the news site beginning February 8, readers will find a notice of the "Prize Clue." Collect and decipher the clues and determine where the prize can be collected. Go to that location and say "I read Lake Wales News because Communication Builds Our Community." You will then receive a prize claim form. Complete the prize claim and we will promptly contact you to deliver your prize package.

Prizes will be awarded to winners as the puzzle is solved and entry submitted at each mystery prize location. The contest will end when all prizes have been awarded.

The prizes will include passes to the popular Strawberry Festival which runs from March 2 through 12 in Plant City. Multiple popular bands will appear during the event.

• Winners will receive their prize packages via US Mail unless other arrangements are made at the time they are contacted.
