Area Crafters and Vendors Invited to Participate at Visit Central Florida

Area crafters and vendors looking for a weekday marketing opportunity have an extra chance beginning in early November.

Visit Central Florida's Welcome Center in Davenport is inviting vendors to participate in its seasonal market that takes place on Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

The weekly market offers local vendors the opportunity to share their produce and wares with Polk County residents and visitors alike. A variety of vendors are already signed up to participate (offering produce, baked goods, handmade crafts and more), but additional vendors are desired to properly supply shoppers as winter visitors return to Central Florida. The market operates seasonally, this year from November. 3 through April 13, 2023,

The market also serves to familiarize locals with the amenities and services available at the welcome center, including vacation planning for their visiting family and friends, a Florida souvenir gift shop and the availability of discounted attraction tickets for many Central Florida attractions, including LEGOLAND® Florida Resort, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens and more.

Visit Central Florida's Welcome Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., seven days a week (excluding major holidays), and is located at 101 Adventure Court, Davenport, FL 33837 (along U.S. Highway 27), a half-mile south of I-4 at Exit 55.
