Jay M. Price, Jr., 63

June 8, 1958 to October 2, 2021

At the age of 63, Jay lost his battle to cancer. Pre-Deceased by his beloved infant daughter Jaime Lynn Price. Survived by his parents Jay and Barbara (Drusbacky) Price of East Hartford. Along with his son Jeremiah Price and two granddaughters, Maddison and Audrinna Price of Connecticut. His Daughter Jessica (Price) Preston and wife Mandy of Lutz, Fl. Sister Penny (Price) Manganello and husband Mark, nephew Vincent Manganello, his fiancé Sarah D'Attilio, great-niece Sophia Manganello, and nephew Dominic Manganello, all of Glastonbury. Brother Timothy Price, niece Kaitlyn Price, and great-nephew Jackson Booth of East Hartford. Long-time friend Steven Maharen and special cousin Donna Jean Albert. Many loving cousins and friends.

Lovingly known as Jay- son, Jay Jay or Jaybird. He loved spending his time watching the New England Patriots, going for rides in his golf cart, listening to music, watching the sunset, spending time at Frank's, calling his Ma and Pa on Wednesdays, whilst enjoying time with family and friends. His favorite place in CT was Cotton Hollow.

Raised in East Hartford, a graduate of Penney High School. Jay enjoyed a career in H-VAC, then moved to Winter Haven, Fl. 11 years ago, after a career in H-Vac. Jay loved living in sunny Florida and working part-time at Publix, where he enjoyed meeting people and making new friends. Calling hours will be held at D'Esopo Funeral home Charter St, East Hartford, CT. on Thursday, October 14, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for family and friends to pay their respects.
