Kevin Jackson, 1984-2021

Kevin N. "Kev" Jackson, 37, of Lake Wales passed away Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2021 at Advent Health Lake Wales.

He was born March 6, 1984 in Winter Haven, to Donald and Danise Jackson. Kev was the parts manager for Fields Equipment in Zolfo Springs and was a member of Impact Church in Lake Wales.

He enjoyed hunting and fishing and was the Vice President of the FFA Alumni. Kev was the leader of the Orange Blossom 4-H and was a member of the Federal Christian Sportsman and the Florida Cattleman's Association. He was very involved in the Polk County Youth fair and was a volunteer at the Golfview Fire Department and many other civic activities including Little League Baseball and Softball.

Kev is survived by his high school sweetheart and wife of 16 years, Jennifer "Jenny" Jackson; daughter, Bailey Jackson; sons, Barrett Jackson, and Bennett Jackson; mother and father, Donald and Danise Jackson of Lake Wales; mother and father in law, Flo and Wayne Gay of Lake Wales; and grandmother in law, Mary Scheffield.

A visitation will be held from 2 p.m. until the funeral service at 3 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 31 at Impact Church of Lake Wales with Rev. Walter Nelson officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Lake Wales FFA Alumni, please note it is in honor of Kevin Jackson, (1 Highlander Way Lake Wales, FL 33853) or the Polk County Youth Fair (Post Office Box 9005, Drawer HS03, Bartow, FL 33830).
