Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Donates "Blessing Bundles" to Area Libraries

The Lake Wales Public Library has received "blessing bundles," courtesy of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., a community conscious, action oriented organization.

The Gamma Phi Zeta Chapter of Polk County, through service within the community and the international initiative of Zetas Helping Other People Excel (Z-HOPE), provided 175 blessing bundles to Polk County libraries to include masks, sanitizer, gloves, tissues and wipes.

In addition to the Lake Wales Library in Zone 4, the bundles went to Larry Jackson/Lakeland Library in Zone 1, Mulberry Library in Zone 2, Haines City Library in Zone 3, Latt Maxcy Frostproof Library in Zone 4 and Auburndale Library in Zone 5.The organization thanks the following Zone Leaders who assisted with carrying out this initiative and will continue to provide service to the Polk County community; Erica Griffin Gardner, Chandra Todd, Takia Nowell, Dr. Lorine Smith and Phyllis Cook.
