Having moved from a large building on Stuart Ave. the new location comprises two separate addresses with plenty of room to expand their services.
The future is bright for downtown Lake Wales with the much lauded Dover-Kohl Lake Wales Connected plan's initial phase to begin soon with Park Avenue redevelopment.

The worldwide COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine hasn't slowed down this entrepreneur who moved into new digs at 218 E. Park Ave. in downtown Lake Wales. The building was purchased in 2018 and completely renovated.
"I'm proud that the Center has been ranked number one in sales within the Lake Wales Association of Realtors for the past five years overall," adds Dolores. "I'm especially honored to be awarded the 2020 Realtor of the Year by the organization made up of my peers."
Legacy specializes in home sales, commercial and agricultural properties, as well as property management with a full-time staff of 10, including two of her sons, four sales agents and a property manager, all of whom are members of the Lake Wales Association of Realtors.
Actively involved in the revitalization and redevelopment of downtown Lake Wales, Dolores is looking forward to improvements along Park Avenue.
Much more than her company's name, it's her mission in life to leave a legacy to her family, clients and her community.
Dolores arrived in Lake Wales after moving from Miami as a child. A Pennsylvania native who is humble about her company's success, she's driven to pass on a legacy of success to her sons.
The Lake Wales High School graduate obtained her Realtor's license in 1995 along with her broker's license before opening Legacy in 2007, shortly before Florida's 2008 real estate crash.
Family is super important to Dolores from her work making dreams come true for families who are looking for their perfect home, to spending time with her own family, husband Buck and sons Brian, Cole and Clay, and their families. "We're a very close family and even take cruises and vacations together. We take an annual vacation during lobster season in the Keys where we rent a house and spend quality time with our whole family."
Legacy's website has played a key role in staying busy during the quarantine. "We use the multiple listing services and list all our homes online so we have clients in Lake Wales, Babson Park, Winter Haven, Frostproof, Davenport and all over the county."
