Experience New Life

New Life Announces New Service Times Beginning March 1

"I wish I had more time." "There are not enough hours in the day." We have all probably uttered these words or something very similar. This year is Leap Year. That means we in fact do get more time, a whole extra day. Even so, one day every four years is not much.

There is another way to get more time.

The Bible states that we all have a definite allotment of time here on earth; that one day we will be called from this life. "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:" (Hebrews 9:27) When the day of our departure is, no one knows. It could be years, months or but a few days, even hours.

God has provided a Way for infinite more time, an eternity. This infinite time is obtained through the finished work of Jesus Christ, God's Son. Jesus Christ died providing the way that man could live forever. He paid the sin debt owed by man. The Bible states that all of mankind falls woefully short of that which is necessary to avoid the punishment of sin, which is death, but that Jesus, having no sin of His own, took the sin of man upon Himself, thereby providing eternal life for all who would turn form sin agreeing with God that their "good" is not good enough and place their trust in Him as Lord and Savior ""For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our LORD." (Romans 6:33)

I think you would all agree that an eternity is far better than just one day.

You are invited to join us at New Life to discover how to obtain eternal life and other biblical truths. Our service times are 6 p.m. each Sunday afternoon, and at 6:30 p.m on the first and third Tuesdays of each month.

Visit thenewlifebaptist.org to learn more about us, and more importantly, about God's gift of His Son. When you visit you can receive a FREE gift.
