Rob Boggess
Mike Mahalak, president of the Mahalak Auto Group recently announced that Robert Boggess has joined Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM as Service Manager.
"We are very excited to have Rob join our award-winning service team," Mahalak said. "Rob brings over a decade of Central Florida service experience to our dealership".
Boggess said service customers today have higher expectations and it's the goal of his team to meet and exceed those expectations: "I am working with the Lake Wales service team members to deliver world-class process and procedure improvements to ensure the highest level of customer service satisfaction."
Boggess was born in Canton, OH and moved to the Lake Wales area over 12 years ago. He worked with Sorenson and Schade Chevrolet for over a decade. The dealership was recently purchased by the Dyer family. Boggess served as service manager at both dealerships. He prides himself in offering his service customers the "personal touch."
Boggess joined Lake Wales Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM and the Mahalak Auto Group because of their "friends and family" and community-oriented approach to the automotive business. His wife, Catherine is a life-long resident of the area and is employed at Webber University, just south of Lake Wales.
