Chair yoga is a great way to get the wonderful health benefits of yoga for those who of us who aren't flexible or have strength limitations.
Yoga is an excellent way to stretch muscles and increase that strength and balance. Remember that yoga shouldn't hurt. Don't overstretch. Start slow, but keep moving.
