William Dean “Bill” Stroud, 84, of Lake Wales passed away Monday, May 13 at Water's Edge. He was born November 2, 1934 in Richmond, Virginia to the late George A. and Dorothy Stroud. Alan Joel Harrell of Winter Haven passed away Thursday, March 7 at the Winter Haven Hospital. He was born April 20, 1948 in Lake Wales to the late Joseph and Louise Harrell and was a lifelong resident of the area. He worked in commercial construction and was of the Christian faith.
